LSD Associates provided design, workplace strategy, and change management services to see the project to completion. The newly-designed workspace paid tribute to previous “loft” work environment, and the cultural elegance of New York City. The number of private offices was reduced significantly. The overall program contained three senior executive offices, which were set up to double as conference rooms when senior executives went away on business. Our client wanted a lot of flexibility, with the inclusion of spaces of varying size, as well as the ability to accommodate different types of clients, industries, and in-house staff meetings. A range of open and close collaborative spaces can be found within steps from open-plan workstations. The central café includes a barista station to offer employees a break or extra boost when needed.
