The client was in the process of relocating their entire tech team from several different locations to one, unified campus. In doing so, they wanted to create a facility that was relevant and progressive. The goal was not only to nurture their existing talent, but to recruit the best talent in the industry. Utilizing the High-Performance Workplace Standards, previously developed with our help, and implementing new standards, the project offers various working and collaboration zones, as well as particularly designated relaxation and fun zones. This variety facilitates productivity, promotes creativity, and allows for a very collaborative environment- both formal and informal. Overall, the project was a success in fulfilling the client’s needs, while also offering new ways of thinking about how to work.
